If you aren't staying on campus residence, you can search for rooms available for rent on kijiji.ca or the Facebook Marketplace.
03. Registration
Usually, by now you may have already registered for courses. However, if you haven't, it's a good time to do so. You should also try getting your student ID, bus pass and health insurance card.
04. City Life
It's time to explore the city a little bit. If you haven't already, try to get a Canadian phone number, open a bank account, get your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and check bus schedules at citywindsor.ca or using the transit app.
05. Food
There are so many good restaurants and grocery stores in Windsor including Freshco, Food Basics, etc. There are a couple of African and Asian stores as well.
06. Lifestyle / Entertainment
Windsor has some fun places you can visit. You can go shopping at the malls, play bowling and go-carting wth friends as well as sky-ball and laser-tag games.
07. Jobs
There are various part-time job opportunities for students and you can find them in the Students Forum. You need to prepare your resume and it's always good to attend job fairs at your institution.
